High Temperature 300 Celsius PTFE adhesive fabric
PTFE (teflon) adhesive fabric : fiberglass is the base fabric, which is coated with PTFE emulsion and dired to PTFE glass fiber cloth; PTFE glass fiber cloth coated with silicone adhesive to PTFE(teflon) adhesive fabric. It is widely used in packaging, heat moulding, laminating, sealing and electrical industries etc.

Product Performance:
1.High temperature resistance. It can work at-70—260℃ continuously.
2.Surface smooth, non-sticky. Its melting remnant is not stick to the heater.
3.Excellent electrical insulation.
4.Good stability and durability.
5.Resistant to chemical corrosion, strong acid,alkali and various organic solvents
Application:
1.High temperature roller coating, heating plate and de-moulding fixture.
2.Food, medicine and plastic bag heat seal.
3.Liner pasting for sliding chute, hopper and aviation mould, can also be applied in the cylinder of slurry machine, thermal plastic & de-moulding, and other industries, which is reusable and easy to replace.
4.Used in packaging, thermoplastic, composite, heat sealing, electronic and electrical industries.
5.Applicable to other surface treatment which need to be resistant to adhesion, corrosion and high temperature.
