Large Rolls PTFE Fiberglass Fabric Self Adhesive

Fiberglass cloth base material impregnated with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersion then sintered. Single surface treated and coated with a silicone adhesive, which exhibits excellent heat resistance and mechanical strength.

PTFE(Teflon) adhesive tape is well known as its smooth surface, non-sticky, chemical resistance and high temperature resistance and insulating properties. It is widely used in packaging, heat moulding, laminating, sealing and electrical industries etc. PTFE adhesive tape is enhanced by fiberglass fabric, which improved its tensile strength.It is reusable and easy to change.

In addition, we use excellent imported materials to produce various PTFE adhesive products in different specifications.

Characteristic:

1.Weather, anti-aging resistance, temperature resistance between low temperature -196℃ and high temperature 300℃.

2.Surface smooth, non-sticky. Its melting remnant is not stick to the heater.

3.Excellent electrical insulation.

4.Good stability and durability.

5.Resistant to chemical corrosion, strong acid,alkali and various organic solvents

Application:

1.High temperature roller coating, heating plate and de-moulding fixture.

2.Heat sealing/cutting machine of food and medicine plastic packaging industry, and high speed heat sealing machine.

3.Liner pasting for sliding chute, hopper and aviation mould, can also be applied in the cylinder of slurry machine, thermal plastic & de-moulding, and other industries, which is reusable and easy to replace.

4.Used in packaging, thermoplastic, composite, heat sealing, electronic and electrical industries.

5.Applicable to other surface treatment which need to be resistant to adhesion, corrosion and high temperature.
