PTFE seamless belt is also called the PTFE  jointless fiber belt, it completely overcome past conveyor belt interface connection, overlying connection, such as hot-pressing connection joint fracture, beating joint, joint range circumference direction caused by poor stability, going with wait for a phenomenon.

PTFE seamless belt is made of high tensile fiberglass or Kevlar, knitted by special equipment and coated with fine PTFE. Seamless belt overcomes former problems of traditional joint fusing machine belt such as bad stability, ruptures, and deflecting for different girth on two sides at the joint. The using life of seamless PTFE Fusing Machine Belt are much longer than all kinds of joint PTFE Fusing Machine Belt.

Characteristic:

1. High temperature resistance. It can work at–70-260℃ continuously.

2. Non-sticky.It is easy to clear stains and adhesives on the surface.

3. Stable dimension and high intensity. Its efficient of elongation is less than 5‰.

4. Low coefficient of friction and good insulation.

5. Resistant to chemical corrosion, strong acid and alkali.

6. Fireproof and aging resistance.

Application:

1. It can be put in microwave oven, oven as a pad when baking or heat up food.

2. It can be used as non-sticky liners, cloth and so on.

3. It can be used as drying machinery conveyor belt, adhesive tape, sealing tape, etc.

4. It can be used as wrapping material in petroleum and chemical industries to resist corrosion or in electrical industries to insulate and resist high temperature.
